This website is operated by Blake Blackwell, based in Canada. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
What the site is
Information about Blake Blackwell and the Closer Mentorship, and a way to book a Closer Roadmap Call. Booking a call does not enroll you in anything and creates no obligation on either side. Enrollment, pricing, and the terms of the mentorship are agreed separately, in writing, after the call.
Earnings and results
Nothing on this site is a promise of income. Results described here are real, individual, and not typical. Read the earnings disclaimer; it forms part of these terms.
Your use
Use the site for its purpose. Don't scrape it, attack it, submit false information through the application form, or use the form to send anything other than a genuine application. I can refuse or cancel a call booked with false information.
Content and ownership
The words, design, and framework descriptions on this site belong to Blake Blackwell. You can share links to it freely. You can't copy the material for commercial use without written permission.
Third-party services
Scheduling is provided by Calendly and the Closer Dojo runs on a separate application at closerhud.com, each under its own terms. I'm not responsible for those services being available.
No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Blake Blackwell isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that can't be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Disputes go to the courts there.
